The Space Between Exhale & Inhale

I had been missing the sun due to 3 straight days of consistent rain. Therefore Diamond park had been missing my presence. Which was super felt by both parties.

The moment I sat down, my body dropped into stillness.

I immediately went into meditation which led to pranayama. The messages started to flood in. I had a question—and it was answered immediately. No pause. Just like a flowing stream. I felt completely in the knowing place. If the messages had been told to me in a different way I might’ve resisted them. But due to the flow I received received received!

The first deep transmission was exhale DEEPER! Get comfortable exhaling longer and when it’s time to inhale don’t rush to receive air.

This next part was very loud!

Grand spirit lives through the Prana!

I saw a picture of a waterfall, inside it was flying looking spirits. Their wings weren’t feathers. They were movements colliding with the water. The  spirits were falling but very much still in control.

So immediately (given my recent not so good experience at the drum circle where I felt an unwanted spirit too close to me) I asked what happens when there is a nasty spirit trying to flow through the body. My messenger responded swiftly. If you are breathing this deeply and allowing this much flow that spirit just like a rock thrown into a waterfall won’t matter!

I was immediately silenced. I felt that transmission. When I was at the lake and felt a cold spirit too close to me after I had just opened up and danced freely, that is what I did. I practiced the pranayama called the Complete Breath. Tears flooded my face. I felt the energy dissipate.

After that download came another. I was in the midst of breathing deeper and in my deep exhale I paused after. That pause lasted for about 9 seconds. I felt extremely confident that I could hold that longer but I didn't. I felt comfortable in that place. I felt quiet.

As I inhaled I heard you have to practice being more silent with yourself and practice more patience. Immediately I accepted it. I thought I did a good job but I didn’t question, I just listened. Without asking I heard an explanation.

The space between exhale and inhale where there is a holding is home to

Clarity & Silence.

I realized how easy it is to rush through that quiet place. The faster you inhale without that pause returns with more fastness;urgency. Which leads to more urges. I had a thought. Then I heard thoughts shorten the prana flow and cuts at the silence. A clear mind is aided by the deep breath and pause and vice versa.

As a person that truly honors a clear mind. I will practice being more patient by walking slower and eating slower. I will be and have been practicing to give it the universe. Let the universe deal with any delays or not so good experiences. Really surrender and admit it is out of my hands for just about everything really. I’m practicing staying there.
